This updates the SVarp recipe to version v1.1.0, incorporating recent upstream improvements such as code optimizations, enhanced error handling, and general cleanup. The recipe now also uses the conda-provided wtdbg2 package instead of the bundled version. The source URL, checksum, and build settings have been updated to match the new release.
