Update tomcat server module to 1.0.5 and align tinystruct version

- Bump module version from 1.0.4 to 1.0.5 in pom.xml
- Update tinystruct.version dependency from 1.7.11 to 1.7.12
- Improve SSE response header by adding UTF-8 charset to Content-Type
  ("text/event-stream; charset=utf-8") for correct encoding handling

Update the version to 1.0.4.

Update README.md

Remove METHOD from context.

Update the version to be 1.0.1

Release the 1.0.0 version for tomcat server support.
