Disable LSPosed/LSPatch and restore all methods hooked by LSPlant.

Prevent LSPosed from hooking any method
Block calls to the IXposedHookLoadPackage::handleLoadPackage callback
Restore methods previously hooked by LSPosed (LSPlant)
Restore inline hooks to libart.so in memory
