Referencing our StackOverflow discussion, here I send a zip file that shows the issue correctly.

The zip contains the

• the example .c,.h input files
• the Doxyfile
• and the generated output folder

Just for the record, using these files and the attached Doxyfile, though both A and B are treated as class definitions, but the following issues can be experienced at the same time:

Opening from the left sidebar

• "test doc/Classes/Class List/B"
  • A is not a link
  • no B->A graph generated at all
• "test doc/Classes Index"
  • _A can be seen instead of A (B is correct)
