Thank you, @Shyam-Gupta, for correcting this inconsistency. I found the fact that the sentence "This class cannot be inherited" appeared just before the Notes to Inheritors section particularly interesting. We'll merge your PR now. The change should be live on docs.microsoft.com in the next day or two.
