Description

Please add a link to corresponding article and add remarks about type name and namespace.

1. Add a link to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/standard/assembly/type-forwarding.
2. Add information about the type name and namespace of the moving type. I am unclear about how it works. I assume type name and namespace must not change. And if so, please add a remark to it.
