Introduced new decorator `decorateStatefulHtmlElements` to maintain the open/close state of `details` elements in cooked post content. This ensures a better user experience by retaining user interactions across renders.
Added an integration test to verify that the `details` tag retains its open/closed state across renders. This ensures the stability of user interactions when post content is updated dynamically.
