Trailing slash on project path leads to mangled name #1063
Description
- Also, provider settings update do not reliably propagate until window reload
- And, "trunk branch required" warning is confusing on local workspace
- And, requirement for git repo is unnecessary - we can just restrict to local runtime when its not a hit repo
