Run scripts/release/docs_update_experiments.sh to update the experimental features table. - Remove workspace-prebuilds which is now GA - Update table format (now shows no safe experiments are available) Previously, workspace-prebuilds was incorrectly listed as an experiment when it has been promoted to a full feature.

The feature-stages page was outdated as noted in this Slack thread. The
workspace-prebuildsfeature has been promoted to GA and is no longer an experiment.Note: The current
ExperimentsSafelist in the codebase is empty, which means no experiments are currently considered safe for general opt-in via--experiments=*. The experimentsoauth2andmcp-server-httpexist inExperimentsKnownbut not inExperimentsSafe, so they don't appear in this table. If those experiments should be documented as available for users, they would need to be added toExperimentsSafein a separate PR.
