Pull Request Template for Rcpp

Planning to submit this to CRAN shortly to engage in usual email exchange given the grand-fathered NOTE on .Call(symbol) and the likely issues stemming from the numerous reverse-depends. As before will update the PR with
progress and leave open til we get the anticipated acceptance at CRAN.

Checklist

Code compiles correctly
R CMD check still passes all tests
Prefereably, new tests were added which fail without the change
Document the changes by file in ChangeLog

Received "[CRAN-pretest-archived] CRAN Submission Rcpp 1.0.11" email and responded noting the usual false positive.

So now we wait.

CRAN acknowledges that email and will now run reverse-dependency checks.

CRAN (from what I heard) had some hardware issue slowing things down but I now heard back about the reverse depends flagged.

Which as best as I can tell are all false positive, and I stated as much. Fingers crossed.
