✨ Lucid Theme Enhancement ✨

PR to fix a few problems that were reported in the discord:

Make song progress bar always active themed colour
Make custom app carousel take up as much space as possible
Centre the custom app carousel arrows
Fix the "Related Music Videos" card size in cinema view/expanded now playing view (see Right sidebar is visible when in Cinema Mode (Expanded Now Playing View) #179 for more related things that I hope we can fix)

Not ready to merge, buttons disappear when width is too small.

A few fixes to suggest:

Resize the search bar dynamically until reaching bounds
Increase --max-custom-navlink-count css variable dynamically as clientWidth increases, either via media query or via TypeScript
Add a setting to explicitly set --max-custom-navlink-count in Lucid Settings
