The Erasmus adit - together with the Johannes adit - lead into the Erasmus mine, well known for its Cu-Ag-Pb-Hg-Ni-Co minerals.
Best finds were around 1800-1820. Famous collections were those of Freiherr of Moll (1760-1838 https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karl_von_Moll), Mathias Mielichhofer (1772-1847) http://www.biographien.ac.at/oebl/oebl_M/Mielichhofer_Mathias_1772_1847.xml) and Kaspar Melchior Schroll (1756-1829).
