Feature description

I'm surprised to see AWS::ServiceDiscovery::Service is supported in Localstack's Cloudformation support matrix, but AWS::ServiceDiscovery::Instance isn't. I never declare the former without declaring instances of the latter!?

(as a side-note, I also find it slightly misleading that https://docs.localstack.cloud/aws/licensing/#service-coverage-clarification marks features/services as supported eventhough their CloudFormation support isn't complete)
