Summary

This pull request collect minor cleanup changes that address mostly format issues and fixes for some issues flagged by static code analysis in recently merged pull requests.
Also fixes small memory leakd in src/KSPACE/remap.cpp, src/KOKKOS/remap_kokkos.cpp, and src/KOKKOS/neigh_bond_kokkos.cpp.
