Comments: I've been using this site for a while now an created an account after reading reviews and articles everyday and doing a bit of some blogging myself under the same username I am under now and I must say that this site is great. While I would really give this site a 4.5, the only thing not making me want to give it a 5 would be the fact that there are some biased and careless reviews on the site and the old video player (That they have updated, but are still in the process of doing so) sucks. Other than that everything is great. The community is great, I don't see any people bullying others, just some trolls, but that is okay. An adequate amount of trolls on a popular gaming site is pretty much necessary at this point in time. The community seems to see games on my level too and they have really good opinions. This is demonstrated in the comment section of articles or blogs. I honestly think that the only people who gave IGN a bad review are people who are really sensitive and don't like to see their console get pounded on by the majority at times, but hey, that's part of the learning process and you don't always have to agree. It's whatever suits you best best, right? (A little sarcasm there)

Comments: The users on these boards are just cold and rude. What's worse is that the moderators either don't do a good job or they just don't care about moderations. They have a moderator thread instead of a report abuse to a moderator link. Moderator threads are inappropriate, report abuse to a moderator links aren't. Anyone can see the reports posted on the moderator thread. If you report things that don't violate the rules, you'll be insulted for life. Stay away from this site. It's not as good as GameSpot but not by much.

Comments: IGN offers good, exclusive content, not only for the gaming market but entertainment as a whole. News on TV series, movies, comics and technology are always a hit inside its pages. HOWEVER, it has too many ads, and even as a paying member, it is safe to say that 75% of all publicity doesn't go away - as the site offers. Also, it has some trouble being impartial and fair on its reviews. Sometimes, more often than not, such articles present you a score that the text itself lacks on supporting basis. Overall, IGN is great, but it commits too many small flaws. Definitely, it could be better.

Comments: This is my biggest gripe with IGN. The advertisements are everywhere. Yes, I am a member and it still annoys me. The page is too loud (bright graphics, animations, etc.) for visual senses. IGN used to be simple but now it's on a decline downward. They really need to take a page from the gaming blogs.

Comments: IGN is a great site for news from a large number of categories, but the fact that it tries to cover so much information at once makes the site a hassle to navigate. It's gone through a lot of redesigns to help fix this problem, but what it needs is restructuring. It's funny how you can skip ads before they even load, so that's actually a plus. The video players also need to be in true HD. I don't need to see SD quality footage on IGN when Gametrailers has actual HD footage (and without having to select the same video twice to activate it).
