Isolement et détermination de la structure du jasmonate de méthyle, constituant odorant caractéristique de l'essence de jasmin
Abstract
A new odoriferous component, for which we propose the name «methyl jasmonate», has been isolated from jasmine oil (Jasminum grandiflorum L.). This compound is shown to be (–)‑methyl cis‑2‑pent‑2′‑enyl‑3‑oxo‑cyclopentylacetate.
