We're currently using v1.64.8 which is quite old. The current latest version is v2.3.1.

We will need to rewrite the entire config file to accomplish this.

Additionally, upgrade Tallyman and other repos with a golangci-lint config: https://github.com/coder/tallyman/issues/18
