Many other answers on this page are more helpful than this one. I'm not sure how it could be improved. Any suggestions? (Or just Be Bold and make those changes.)

just one meta-link for dupe policy change - we don't want perusers of this doc sucked into the debate, we just want to refer them to the resolved policy (which they may discuss/contest/etc. on meta from there if they decide they disagree)
