Suggestion

Configs are autogenerated with a comment block that looks like:

// THIS CODE WAS AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED
// DO NOT EDIT THIS CODE BY HAND
// SEE https://typescript-eslint.io/users/configs
//
// For developers working in the typescript-eslint monorepo:
// You can regenerate it using `yarn generate:configs`

However, yarn generate:configs doesn't work:
Usage Error: Couldn't find a script named "generate:configs".

yarn generate-configs works, however. Not sure how this came to be, but I am on Windows, so maybe it works elsewhere. If it's just a different command these days though, would be good to update the comment block.
