the left or right wheel of the MLROBOT object in degrees per second
(deg/s).

mlrobotreadwheelspeed(mlrobot,wheel)

Wheel selection is 'left' or 'right'

EXAMPLE:
myRobot = mlrobot;
mlrobotstart(myRobot);
speed = mlrobotreadwheelspeed(myRobot,'left')
