[Bug]: Need to be able to disable user's access to Lowcoder Dashboard #1908

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior
Right now, if a user goes to their "app.domain.com/apps" they can see the dashboard for lowcoder development.
With my external users, I NEVER want them to see this. There should be a way to disable this.
Expected Behavior
This should be a 404 error for users that aren't in the developers group.
