Go to any listed issue and click on the contributing guidelines link it will take the user to "https://github.com/localstack/.github/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md"

Expected Behavior

The URL should point to https://github.com/localstack/localstack/blob/main/docs/CONTRIBUTING.md

How are you starting LocalStack?

With a docker run command

Then check the url of localstack-bot contributing-guidlines
