Feature description

Currently, we can't use the AWS EKS addons, it forces us to have 2 different IaC configuration to create cluster in Localstack and AWS.

It would be interesting to add support fof the AWS EKS addons (at least, the most common like coredns, kube-proxy, vpc-cni)
