- On iOS, downsizing an image to a specified size still results in a UIImage that retains the original width and height.
- This worked as expected in MAUI version 9.0.70.

Steps to Reproduce
- Run the attached sample in iOS.
- Click the DownSize button.
- Observe that the downsized image still retains its original width and height.
