Environment Details:

Visual Studio Code : polyglot Notebook Extension

Repro Steps:

1. launch "Visual Studio Code" application.
   2.Install .NET 6.0 SDK using https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/sdk-6.0.402-windows-x64-installer.
   3.Install Polyglot Notebook extension.
2. launch Visual studio code insider and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+N will invoke "Polyglot Notebook: Create new blank notebook" command used above.
3. Enter any code and run the code.
4. Tab till values and press enter.
   7.In polyglot notebooks values section.
5. Tab till "filter" edit field and observe that Visual Label is provided for "filter" edit field or not.

Actual Result:

Visual Label is not provided for the "Filter the grids" edit field.

Expected Result:

Visual Label should be provided for the "Filter the grids" edit field to understand the purpose of edit field.

User Impact:

Users with visual impairments or those using screen readers may struggle to understand the purpose of the 'Filter' edit field, leading to difficulties in using the filter functionality effectively.
