Describe the bug
I've upgraded two apps to 9.4.0-preview.1.25373.10, and I'm seeing the Now listening on and Login to the dashboard at logs duplicated in both
Expected Behavior
No duplication
Steps To Reproduce
- Upgrade an existing app host to
9.4.0-preview.1.25373.10 - Run the app host
- Look at the console logs
