Describe the bug

I am using YARP with aspire, routing the url https://localhost:4000/pgweb/ to pgweb, managed by aspire.

PGWeb required me to prefix urls with pgweb (from the yarp route) so that I could access static resources (css etc). Doing this, and preventing YARP from stripping pgweb from the urls fixed that issue.

I have managed to setup a new URL endpoint for the dashboard, and an associated healthcheck (to http://localhost:8888/pgweb), however have not been able to disable the default "/" healthcheck by Aspire, therefore, the pgweb service is reporting unhealthy.

Expected Behavior

I would expect to be able to have control for disabling the default healthcheck.

Opening this project in VS Code 2022 (I was using a preview edition) and hitting f5 ran the Aspire dashboard and demonstrated the issue.
