Describe the bug

When I call aspire deploy, the final message that reports success claims that it was a pubish, not a deploy:

✓ PUBLISHING COMPLETED: Publishing completed successfully

Expected Behavior

I'd expect this to instead say something like:

✓ DEPLOY COMPLETED: Deploying completed successfully
