AI Bridge can receive a large amount of traffic and generate many records per interaction with AIs.
The data in the aibridge_* tables could end up being quite large, and customers need a way to tune how many days' worth of records they want to keep. There are regulatory requirements to consider, so a one-size-fits-all approach will not work.

The approach that we take here must be ergonomic and applicable to other use-cases like audit logs.
