llms-full.txt is inside subfolders whereas llms.txt is available right after root URL.

Is this intentional? I'd like consistency (either both URL inside a subfolder or available off of root url).

I tried typing the URL angular.dev/llms-full.txt and got a 404 and had to look it up.

I want URL paths for both files to match (don't care which way).
