Now that we are getting started to move at a good pace, we need to have this repo formatted properly. The requirements are as follows:

• Different directories for different concepts (for ex- all sorting algorithms in one directory, all searching algorithms in another)
• A more robust and appealing README file
• A dedicated directory for learning resources or notes to help beginners grow their knowledge in python (more importantly about different DSA and algorithms, reducing time and space complexities, covering edge cases, etc).

Any changes/suggestions in the contribution guidelines are also welcome at this point so that we can help even more users later on and work with more contributors.
