The amdvlk-opt package installs amdvlk drivers in the opt directory, so that it doesn't interfere with the host installed main drivers (such as Mesa installed as the main system amd vulkan driver for example). You can then use the argument VK_DRIVER_FILES=/opt/amdvlk/etc/vulkan/icd.d/amd_icd64.json:/opt/amdvlk/etc/vulkan/icd.d/amd_icd32.js %command% within a game on steam in order to force the game to launch using that driver install rather than using the main system driver.
It'd be cool if ChimeraOS had this integrated with the gamefixes functionality, so that games like Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, or Doom: The Dark Ages utilizes that driver instead, since the ray-tracing support is better and those games are raytraced only.
