SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
  • Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

PACKAGE TRACKING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ADDRESS ACCURACY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process a refund for the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged:

  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Attach clear photos showing the damage
  4. Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved

We handle damaged items on a case-by-case basis and will work toward the most appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS

  • During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.
  • Weather events, postal strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays in delivery.
