Parking Permits
Residents and visitors are required to park off-street overnights beginning November 15 and ending April 1. To park in one of the five municipal lots provided by the Village of Tivoli, a permit is required only for overnight parking.
Permits cost $35 for the season. Parking tickets cost $45 per violation.
Parking permits are available from the Village Clerk:
Monday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We accept cash or checks made payable to the Village of Tivoli.

Trash Stickers are now $6 each
The Village Board of Trustees passed a resolution on 10/16/2025 to approve the intermunicipal cooperative services with Red Hook Village for trash collection.
The rate increase per trash sticker was also passed via resolution on 10/16/2025. The new price for stickers is $6.00 each.
We are now offering oversize item pick up for $25 per tag. Items include furniture, mattresses, box springs, oversized toys, small appliances, dishwashers, carpet (cut into 6-foot length rolls). Oversize items can be placed curbside on Monday AM with regular trash and recycling pick up as long as they have the yellow tag on them!
