This commit implements a fully-automated development setup using Gitpod.io, an
online IDE for GitLab, GitHub, and Bitbucket that enables Dev-Environments-As-Code.
This makes it easy for anyone to get a ready-to-code workspace for any branch,
issue or pull request almost instantly with a single click.

@vladsf this is just a placeholder of 5-minute wizard setup, hence the Draft state. I don't know when I'll look closer into this. Maybe weekend. Do you want to contribute yourself to making this work flawlessly?

I see. I am pretty busy till the end of April and avoid working on weekends.
Never used Gitpod but have heard of. That's why I am interested. Not sure if I can really help with this but I'll keep subscribed. Will see if I am able to contribute.

@vladsf from the brief look, it seems to be around docker container, so most of the customization is needed is to tie things together, configuration, and docker image contents.
