MDX Source View and pFilter incompatibility in }bedrock.cube.view.create and it's dependents #438

Describe the bug
Two similar bugs:
- pFilter being passed to
}bedrock.cube.view.createas well as an existing MDX View as pView does not create a view. - If a source view gets passed to
}bedrock.cube.view.createit get's overwritten.
Version
- TM1 Server Version: [e.g. 12.4]
- I would guess the issue is also present on v11, but needs to be confirmed
